Associate Lawyer

Location: Canterbury (Remote options available for candidates outside Canterbury – all equipment provided)

‍Role Overview
‍We are currently seeking an associate lawyer with 5 year PQE with experience in General Law. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of conveyancing with the ability to manage files independently, able to advise on and assist business clients in most business transactions in particular with both sale and purchases of business with proven experience and able to assist clients with other life events in relationship property, wills and estates.

‍Key Responsibilities
Manage and run your own files independently across multiple practice areas.
Develop and maintain referral contacts within your local area.
Actively self-promote and contribute to business development initiatives.
Confidently meet clients online and facilitate electronic signing in compliance with legal regulations.

‍Requirements
Minimum 5 years PQE
Proven ability to work autonomously and manage files efficiently  
Strong understanding of conveyancing processes.
Established referral network and willingness to engage in self-promotion.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work tools.
Ability to follow workflows and self motivated to complete tasks
